APPLICATION

Start by gently pushing back your cuticles with a cuticle stick. Then, wipe your nail with an alcohol wipe or nail polish remover to ensure a long-lasting application. Remove the clear film.

  1. Select the foil size that best fits your nail. If in doubt, choose a smaller size for a better fit.
  2. Place the foil at the base of your nail and press firmly, making sure it is smooth and adheres well to the entire surface of your nail.
  3. File the blade at a 90 degree angle with a file.
  4. Finish by applying our Top Coat or Gel Top Coat.

By following these steps, you can enjoy a professional-looking manicure from the comfort of your home.

Top Coat Options:

  • Lasts up to 2 weeks with a quick-drying Top Coat.
  • Lasts up to 3 weeks with a Gel Top Coat, which requires UV/LED lamp to cure.

    How do Manifect enamel/UV gel strips fit my nails?

    Nail Polish Foils: Each pack contains 16, 20 or 22 nail foils in 7 different sizes to fit your fingers.
    UV Gel Foils:     Each pack includes 20 UV gel foils in 7 different sizes to fit your fingers.

    Depending on the length of your nails, you can split the nail foil in half and use it on another nail. This way, you can get 2 to 4 manicures per pack. If you're hesitating between two sizes, choose the smaller one or trim it down to fit perfectly.
    How can I remove Manifect enamel/gel strips?

    Removing your MANIFECT nail foils is easy and gentle on your nails. Apply nail oil to the cuticle. Gently lift the nail foil from one side with the orange stick. Use the oil-soaked stick to dissolve the adhesive layer between the nail and the foil. Work from one side to the other, not in the direction of growth. Reapply a few drops of oil under the nail foil after each movement.

    Can I apply a base coat under Manifect enamel/gel strips?

    If you have sensitive or fragile nails, nail care is, of course, a priority. Feel free to apply a thin layer of our Manifect Base Coat.

    This quick-drying polish smooths out ridges and imperfections on the nail plate and strengthens the nail with vitamin E. Just make sure the Base Coat is completely dry before starting your manicure.
    Can I apply a layer of top coat over the Manifect enamel strips?

    Seal the nail strips with our top coat. Apply only a thin layer on the surface and the edge of the nail. Refresh the sealant for extra long-lasting wear by applying another thin layer of top coat after a few days.
    Can I apply a layer of top coat over the Manifect gel nail strips?

    For the Manifect gel nail strips, an additional top coat layer is not necessary due to the semi-durable UV polish layer that is already in place. After applying it, this layer is fully cured under the UV lamp. However, you can choose to apply a top coat (UV) if desired.
    Do the Manifect UV gel nail strips damage my nails?

    The Manifect UV gel nail strips are a gentler alternative compared to a traditional gel manicure at a nail salon. This is due to the removal process, which is delicate and does not require drilling, filing, or acetone. However, when removing them, make sure to take your time and carefully follow the removal steps
